I finally had the chance to visit Sazenka. The interior offers a calm and serene atmosphere. The dishes were served at a brisk pace in the beginning, followed by heartier portions later on. It's hard to describe, but I was continuously surprised and excited by the unique flavors, ingredients, and combinations that I had never experienced before. In particular, the non-alcoholic tea pairings were truly impressive, perfectly complementing each dish. The specialty dish of eggplant and pork served on a large plate left a lasting impression.
