Hashimoto Ya, the well-known top spot for chicken curry!I couldn't miss this place when talking about Osaka curry, so I decided to visit.I arrived around 9:50 AM on a Tuesday to get a numbered ticket. Even though it was a weekday, there were nearly 20 people in line, probably because it was just before the summer vacation period.I made my payment (JPY 1400) and reserved a slot for 12:00 PM.After killing some time nearby, I returned at noon.Soon after, my curry was served.The curry was presented in a clay pot, and when I opened the lid, the aroma of spices wafted out, whetting my appetite.I couldn't wait to dig in.Wow! The punch of spices is absolutely delightful!I tried adding onion achar for a flavor change, sprinkling on some extra spices, and mixing in a soft-boiled egg, which kept the meal interesting.Since there was a generous amount of curry, those who can eat a lot should definitely go for the large rice portion.It was a great meal!
