I visited Tomato on a Monday night! I arrived around 3:50 PM and was lucky enough to be first in line with no wait. As I waited by the door, a line started to form around 4 PM, and the restaurant opened at 4:50 PM! (At opening, there were about 8 people in line, and I noticed one group waiting outside as I left, so it seemed they closed with around 10 people waiting that day.)The atmosphere inside was surprisingly relaxed and comfortable. After being seated, they took orders in the order of the line!This time, I ordered the Tann Curry with vegetable toppings, while my companion chose the Java Curry with vegetable toppings! I later added rice to my Tann Curry!The dishes were served in about 15 minutes. The Tann Curry was a rich and deep-flavored European-style curry that was surprisingly light and easy to eat. The tender, flavorful beef tongue was incredibly juicy and delicious! Despite being medium spicy, the Tann Curry had a nice kick, and the variety of vegetables added delightful textures that were truly impressive!The Java Curry was labeled as spicy, so it was hotter than the Tann Curry, but it had a strangely refreshing lightness that didn’t linger afterward! Yet, the curry was still rich and had a surprisingly deep flavor that amazed me!The attentive service, comfortable space, and flavorful curry made this an unforgettable restaurant! Even after my meal, it seemed like two more groups were served curry, and by the time the fifth group arrived, the vegetable toppings were already gone. Considering the wait and the menu options, I definitely made the right choice by being first in line! It was a great meal!
