It had been about two years since my last visit to Yakiniku Seiryuuen, and I went for the 18:30 seating. I noticed some changes in the interior, with more private rooms added. Since we had a 90-minute limit for our table, I was too focused on eating to take many photos.We were a party of two adults and two children (a preschooler and an infant), and we ordered 4 servings of salt-grilled tongue, 1 serving of medium tongue, 1 serving of outside skirt, 1 serving of salted tripe, yukhoe, wakame salad, mini tomatoes, Korean seaweed, rice, and finished with gukbap. Since the salted items were limited to the first order, it was tricky to manage the portions, and I think we could have ordered more. I wonder if we could have eaten even more! (laughs)Every visit is amazing. The salt-grilled tongue is, of course, fantastic, but the tripe is incredible. Unfortunately, all the outside skirt was eaten by the kids this time, so I didn’t get any, but I definitely want to try it next time.
