I was told by a friend that there’s an amazing ramen shop, so I made a reservation through TableCheck and visited the place, feeling a bit skeptical about the high expectations. I ordered the Premium Raa Men【Shoyu】and the grilled pork rice, which I had already decided on beforehand. The Premium Raa Men looked absolutely delicious at first glance. The broth was superb, and the noodles, though thin, had a satisfying chewiness. It came with two types of chashu, two types of wontons, a soft-boiled egg, and menma, all perfectly balanced in flavor. It truly exceeded my expectations and was a remarkable dish. The grilled pork rice was also incredibly tasty. Interestingly, my friend has tried to make a reservation through TableCheck multiple times but hasn’t been able to visit yet. Although it’s reservation only and a bit pricey for ramen, it’s definitely worth trying. I will absolutely make another reservation and come back. It was a great meal!
