Kataori has become such a popular spot that it’s now synonymous with Kanazawa. I fondly remember the days when I used to visit the restaurant with the head chef and the proprietress before my apprentice opened his own place. With only 8 counter seats, the attentive service is truly commendable. The seafood from Himi was excellent, and the soup was quite impressive!
