This time, we ordered three types of premium loin and added salted harami, making it a bit of a luxurious meal. However, with some adjustments, it seems possible to enjoy a meal within a budget of JPY 20,000 per person.As expected, the salted tongue had a melt-in-your-mouth texture and was the best I’ve ever had. Ordering three portions was definitely the right choice. I was particularly surprised by the salted harami from the secret menu. It was so tender that it completely changed my perception of harami, and it was an impressive dish. The premium loin can be ordered by variety, so I decided to order three types to compare. Personally, the tenderloin stood out to me as it was incredibly soft—so tender that it was literally "toothless."The salted meats and Yukke were all well-seasoned, pairing excellently with rice. Conversely, those who prefer lighter flavors might find the saltiness a bit strong.While reservations are difficult to secure and the price range is not exactly cheap, I genuinely feel that I want to return. The satisfaction level is understandable given its popularity, and I definitely want to visit again!
