I visited one of the best ramen spots in Tokyo. I ordered the Special Shiro Shoyu Ramen for JPY 2050. Considering the service charge, it’s quite expensive for ramen, but after tasting it, I completely understood the price. The bowl was packed with ingredients. There were wontons, and the chashu was always different, so I never got bored with the flavors. The truffle was also quite prominent, which was a nice touch. I truly want to go back. It was a bowl that I will remember for a lifetime.
