【A Journey with a Pleasant Outbound and a Scary Return】One of the main purposes of this trip was to enjoy a reserved lunch. Despite being a famous restaurant, the prices are quite reasonable, and they even accept reservations for solo diners, which is a great convenience. I was a bit worried as I was feeling somewhat fatigued by the same flavors, but each dish turned out to be exquisitely refined. Japanese Chinese cuisine has a gentle taste; I've been told by my Chinese friends that spicy dishes in China are much spicier, and sweet dishes are much sweeter. Yet, within the realm of Japanese Chinese cuisine, every dish here is of the highest elegance.
