The exquisite homemade thin noodles are smooth and chewy, paired with a rich broth made from Hinai chicken.The menma (bamboo shoots) is delicious.The Tokyo X pork chashu is tender and flavorful, and the other type of pork chashu is also exceptional.Pork wontons... made from pure Kinka pork belly.Chicken wontons... made from Yamasui chicken.Both types of meat wontons are fantastic.The nori (seaweed) is also tasty.Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) Shoyu (or Shio) JPY 2500Incredibly delicious!!!
