A popular restaurant that is hard to book, "Yakiniku Jumbo Hanare" located in Hongo Sanchome! It is said that no one who loves Yakiniku is unaware of this super famous place. I couldn't contain my excitement for my long-awaited visit! Depending on the condition of the meat that day, the optimal cuts and thickness are adjusted, maximizing the flavor of each part with Jumbo's unique cutting and grilling techniques. Every dish is incredibly delicious! The first to arrive, "Heart" and the skewered "Outside Skirt," are shockingly good, instantly capturing my appetite. Served sushi-style, the "Wagyu Nigiri" and "Yukke," along with the signature "Nohara Yaki," are followed by the grilled "Chateaubriand" and "Tenderloin Cutlet Stew," and to finish off, the "Beef Rice." This is a full course of meat that is immensely satisfying! I enjoyed a blissful time, chatting with Mr. Nambara, having a delicious and fun experience.
