I visited Ginza Shinohara during lunchtime this time.I was extremely satisfied with the luxurious ingredients and exquisite dishes.Every time the dishes are served, they are visually stunning. For the first dish, they explained the significance of the arrangement with hydrangeas and shimenawa (a sacred rope). It was a feast for the eyes and the palate! As summer approaches and the temperature changes, I was offered a soothing soup made from soft-shelled turtle, which was incredibly comforting. One of the most memorable dishes for me was the ayu (sweetfish) sushi, which was prepared right in front of me. The fluffy ayu sushi was absolutely delicious. Then there was the hot pot with conger eel and junsai (water shield). I enjoyed it first on its own, and then dipped in egg, which was delightful.I also got to enjoy the new ginger clay pot rice, and everything was delicious, leaving me completely satisfied.┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Ginza Shinohara: 2-8-17 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Habiru Ginza 2 B1: 5:00 PM & 8:30 PM, two seatings Lunch service only on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (starting at 12:00 PM)⭐️: Closed on Sundays┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
