I visited in April and enjoyed the dashi soup and sakura shrimp clay pot rice, so I returned this time to celebrate a friend's birthday.The corn puree served at the beginning was delightful, with the sea urchin adding a nice touch. Towards the end, the gratin felt a bit too soy sauce-heavy for my taste, but overall, I enjoyed another delicious meal. It was a great meal.When I ordered an Ebisu beer, I was lucky enough to receive the Lucky Ebisu (with two sea bream depicted on it). I truly appreciated the good fortune!My friend and I are already planning to come back in the autumn when the ingredients are abundant. I can't wait for fall!
