This is my last visit as the chef is moving to Terakoya this year. After exploring various sushi places, I truly appreciate the greatness of this restaurant. The sushi here is genuinely delicious. I have unforgettable memories of coming here for the first time during high school to taste real sushi. This place is the origin of my gourmet journey. I will miss the charming exterior of the Yotsuya location, but I am looking forward to the new Terakoya.
