【Order】Flower: JPY 19,8002 glasses of alcoholTotal: around JPY 25,000【Taste Impressions】○ Salted TongueLacked impact. It was tasty, but weak.○ Sashimi (Matsusaka Beef Black Hair Wagyu Tataki with Homemade Ponzu)Delicious, but it’s about the same level as a hit menu item at a JPY 10,000 izakaya.◎ Kobe Beef ChateaubriandI had it grilled.First, it was grilled for 20 seconds on each side, then cooled for about 2 minutes to let the heat penetrate, and finally grilled for another 5 seconds on each side.Incredibly delicious. The way it’s grilled is truly important. The kimchi was too sour; maybe it’s more authentic? I thought I might have eaten something I shouldn’t have with my child-like palate.【Service】The atmosphere is luxurious, and the staff is skilled at grilling, but the service itself was just okay.○ I don’t mind encountering staff who seem to be in training, but when I’m spending JPY 25,000, it feels a bit different.○ When I mentioned I was traveling from Tokyo, saying "This restaurant has a branch in Tokyo too!" was a bit off.Even in a luxurious setting, I could hear the loud laughter of the hostesses from the next room. Is this what capitalism's luxury looks like?【Overall Evaluation】I think the quality of the meat is generally good, but coming to a place at this level has made me more certain of something I’ve always thought:"Is Matsusaka beef really that good? At least, it’s not to my taste?"Also, the grilling method is really important. What we grilled ourselves wasn’t tasty, but what the staff grilled was delicious. Since I’m paying, I’d prefer full service, but I was told there’s no such plan.If everything had been grilled by the staff, I would rate it around 3.7. My satisfaction relative to the price is lacking. It was a great meal! U・x・U
