I visited Otowa Restaurant in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture, a place I had been curious about for a while. This renowned establishment has won a SILVER award on Tabelog. Despite being located in a rural area, it attracts many guests daily. The atmosphere, service, and cuisine are all exceptional, making me feel glad I came. While they primarily use local Tochigi ingredients, they also actively incorporate high-quality products from other regions. The dishes are uniquely creative and unlike anything else. I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience. I would love to stop by again if I have the chance.
