Sukiyaki Take for JPY 13,500I visited Wada Kin, a famous restaurant representing Mie Prefecture, located in Matsusaka City. This establishment has been featured on television numerous times, and it's well-known among locals, having been in business since the Meiji era. It has also won the Bronze award at the Tabelog Awards every year.I went for lunch at this prestigious Wada Kin. When you think of Wada Kin, sukiyaki comes to mind, and I ordered the Sukiyaki Take. The menu features Matsutake, Take, and Ume, each with different meat qualities.Wada Kin's sukiyaki is prepared in the Kansai style, where the meat is arranged in the pot beforehand and finished with sugar, tamari soy sauce, and dashi. After that, vegetables are added to the pot.The meat is large and thick, providing a satisfying bite.With a server attending to us, all the preparation work was taken care of.Rice is available for refills.The meal took about an hour.Even without a course, I felt completely satisfied.I had always wanted to visit this restaurant, so I was very pleased to finally experience it.
