I visited the renowned Tokuha Motonari located in the Kuramaguchi area of Kyoto. This Japanese restaurant has received the Michelin and Tabelog GOLD Award. In a space filled with the owner's passion and ideals, I enjoyed an exquisite dish. In July, which is Tanabata, the meal began with a plate featuring a leaf from the梶 tree. The sashimi served in a bowl, the grilled sweetfish with its head cut off, the giant clam, and the corn rice—everything was incredibly delicious. I was able to enjoy seasonal ingredients at their best. I would love to visit this place again if I have the chance.
