I visited Dojin, the number one Japanese restaurant in Kyoto. This incredibly sought-after establishment has won the GOLD award at the Tabelog Awards every year. Gourmets from around the world make this their destination. Nestled quietly in the city, stepping inside feels like entering another world. This time, I had the rare opportunity to experience "Dojin." Every dish in the course was extraordinarily delicious, leaving me in awe. The tableware included foreign pieces, and there was no detail overlooked. While the food was exceptional, this place is equipped with both strengths and weaknesses.
