I made a reservation and visited il AOYAMA for the first time. There are 9 counter seats. They offer an omakase course that utilizes the best ingredients of the day. Each dish highlights the quality of the ingredients, presenting simple yet profound flavors! For the meat course, you can choose from three options.I went with the beef tenderloin. The standout dish was the porcini mushroom risotto! The moment I took a bite, the aroma of porcini mushrooms filled my mouth. It was rich yet not heavy, and incredibly delicious. The signature focaccia was also wonderfully fluffy and fantastic!
