I enjoyed a collaboration dinner with Minaki at "Ginza Ooishi." The presentation was stunning, embodying the elegance of French cuisine while allowing the natural qualities of the ingredients to shine through, keeping us engaged until the very end.What stood out particularly was the pairing with Minaki's beverages. The quality of the food, drinks, service, and ambiance was all at a high level, making it a place I would love to visit for anniversaries or special occasions.
