On August 27th at 8:30 PM, I visited Ginza Shinohara, a place I frequent. This time, the usual parking lot was unexpectedly closed, so I parked in a different lot. To my surprise, I realized it was just a 2-3 minute walk from my apartment to Ginza Shinohara, something I had never noticed before! It's best to visit four times a year to experience the seasonal ingredients as they change.I have a reservation for winter, and I look forward to enjoying great ingredients, starting with crab!
