The main reason I chose Yugawara was to try the ramen at Iida Shoten. Even though it's a 2-hour drive from Tokyo, customers come back repeatedly! I couldn't make an online reservation, so I decided to go for it after golf since it was only a 10-minute drive away! But to my surprise, the restaurant was closed for renovations! ○ Shoyu Ramen I enjoyed the ramen I bought when I got home. The rich shoyu flavor was amazing! The savory aroma of the soy sauce was delightful! And the noodles were so soft! The more I ate, the more addictive the broth became—I ended up finishing it all! Thank you, thank you! It was a different kind of deliciousness compared to tonkotsu or niboshi broth! Thank you, thank you! I’ll definitely come back again! Haha.
