The atmosphere of the restaurant exudes that unique cleanliness and simple charm typical of a great unagi restaurant. It makes you wonder why delicious eel places always have that vibe. And it's not "The Unagi" but rather "The Unagi" that is the correct term.I enjoyed a course meal that started with refreshing appetizers, followed by delicious grilled eel, and then a beautifully presented unagi box, creating a perfect flow of exquisite dishes. The grilled eel was so impressive and beautiful, reminiscent of the grand shimenawa at Izumo Taisha.Even though I had a general idea of what to expect from the unagi course, I was incredibly satisfied with how everything was served just as anticipated. There’s a sense of reassurance in knowing what’s coming, which raises the expectations for quality.Overall, everything was delicious from start to finish. This truly is a renowned establishment.
