I enjoyed an 8,800 JPY course meal featuring creative Japanese cuisine. The ingredients used were surprisingly unique.Among them, the fried eggplant rice cracker was truly astonishing. The dish, made by crushing salt rice crackers for the coating and frying it slowly at a low temperature, was crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside—absolutely delicious.Since I drove, I couldn't drink alcohol, but I look forward to enjoying a pairing with Japanese sake next time. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, resembling an art museum. The chef was warm and welcoming, and the staff shared interesting stories about the dishes, making for a delightful experience.I noticed a few solo diners at the counter, which added to the charm of the place.
