I had a bit of trouble finding the entrance since the building where the restaurant is located was under construction. Once I entered, a woman who seemed to be the owner checked my name and guided me inside. The interior was beautifully arranged. The sushi topped with a mix of sea urchin and crab was exquisite. The miso soup had a delightful shrimp aroma. The final dish, a moist castella-style egg, was simply wonderful. I definitely want to come back!
