Just a few minutes' walk from Asagaya Station.The restaurant has only about four seats, so it's understandable that reservations can be hard to come by.I pre-ordered the Lean Meat Straightforward Course.All the meat is grilled by the staff, including a three-star chef who cooked for us. The quality of the meat is exceptional, and the staff carefully grills it to perfection, allowing us to fully enjoy the unique flavors of each cut.The Chateaubriand was astonishingly tender, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture.With a variety of seasonings available—lemon, garlic, sauce, wasabi, and spices—there's no chance of getting bored.I will definitely be coming back!
