Sushi TourMy first visit to Sushi Yuuki.The chef and the staff were all very polite.The rice was slightly firm, with a strong vinegar flavor.Although it was my first time here, I was very satisfied.What stood out the most was the sea urchin. It had a rich sweetness, yet a refreshing aftertaste, making it incredibly delicious.The rice was on the firmer side, with a pronounced vinegar taste. Personally, I prefer a softer rice, but I enjoyed it as part of the restaurant's unique character.
