I can't find the words to describe how incredible the flavors of lemongrass, corn, and coffee were together; it was simply unbelievable. The accompanying cabbage was sweet, which didn't quite suit my taste, but the tenderness of the meat was so remarkable that it didn't matter at all.The dessert, a melon ice cream with champagne and Hakkaisan jelly, was a bit strong for someone like me who doesn't drink alcohol.The apricot dessert, which I couldn't taste any apricot in, was interesting. It was overshadowed by the lavender, and then a flambéed peach started next to me, leaving me completely confused. At Robuchon, they perfectly gauge the pace at which guests eat and serve dishes at the best timing, explaining how to enjoy each plate in detail. In comparison, the timing here didn't meet my expectations, and I wished for more explanations, so the service felt a bit lacking.Additionally, while many places promptly attend to you with just a slight movement, here, I had to pull out my chair for them to come over, which was quite disappointing.Despite the slight disappointment in service, the impact of the corn soup was extraordinary, making it an unforgettable day.
