I thought I could manage to line up before it got too hot, so I arrived at 1:30 PM on Sunday and just barely made it into the first round of seating.About 30 minutes before opening, a staff member came to take our orders, and once seated, they brought out our selections in order (additional orders were also possible).As I enjoyed the kakuteki and kimchi, my anticipation for the mixed horumon, liver, and premium mino grew. They had no unpleasant odor and were the most delicious horumon I've ever had. The premium tongue, outside skirt, and premium loin were also incredibly tender, which surprised me.The finishing touch was the tekudan gukbap, served in a generous bowl, offering excellent value for money. I also enjoyed the dessert, almond tofu, making for a very satisfying first visit.On my way out, the owner warmly saw us off with a smile, which left a lasting impression. Although it's a bit far from the station and reservations are not accepted, I believe that visiting at least once will help you understand why this place has been loved for so many years, creating a wonderful memory.
