Among the dishes, the salted mino (mountain chain tripe) has an irresistible crunchy texture that left me amazed once again.The wakame salad was coated in a rich dressing that pairs perfectly with drinks.This time, I was also able to order the long-awaited outside skirt.And of course, I can't miss the liver when I come here. Even for those who usually don’t eat liver, I believe they could enjoy it here because it’s fresh, has no unpleasant odor, and is delicious.I’ll do my best to make a reservation again for next month!
