I finally visited Raa Menya Shima, a place I had been curious about for a long time, on a weekday with a day off and a reservation made the day before.I arrived alone at 11 AM and ordered the Special Shoyu Ramen and a Chashu Rice Bowl.The owner, who runs the restaurant solo, warmly guided me through the interior, which was adorned with certificates and stickers from top 100 restaurant lists, creating an impressive atmosphere.The ramen was topped with several types of chashu, and the smoky flavor of the grilled chashu was particularly memorable. The combination of the thin noodles and the refined broth was outstanding.The Chashu Rice Bowl was also generously topped with grilled chashu and was delicious! To be honest, as a woman dining alone, the portion was quite substantial, and I left feeling very full.
