It has a soft texture and is delicious.There was a course available with a main dish included for those who made a reservation, but since I wanted to try both pizza and pasta, I opted for the lunch set.I chose a half-and-half pizza with shirasu and Quattro Formaggi. Both were great, but the shirasu pasta from Yamari was particularly delicious. The combination of karasumi, anchovy, and green onion created a wonderful harmony of strong flavors. The duck ragu with green bean pasta had a nice texture similar to Bolognese and was seasoned to my liking. The two appetizers and bread were also tasty.I was extremely satisfied. It was a great meal.
