I was fortunate enough to revisit on a weekday during the early slot (from 11:30).I arrived a bit early and waited at the neighboring Tokiya until it was time. The staff welcomed me right in front of Tokiya. After the meal, we moved over for dessert.【Visit Details】Michelin 2026 ⭐︎Gault & Millau 2026 3 Toques (15.5 points)Tabelog 2026 GoldTabelog Sushi National Ranking 6th (4.58)Tabelog Sushi Osaka Ranking 1st (4.58)【What I Had】■Omakase JPY 30,800 (tax included)2 soft drinks, 1 additional piece, additional dessert JPY 35,200The entire experience was truly wonderful. The coordination among the apprentices and staff created a lively atmosphere in the restaurant. You could feel the presence of the master chef, yet the ambiance was warm and friendly. The appetizers and nigiri were creatively arranged, making for an enjoyable experience. There were many seasonal items, including shinko, hamo, and corn. The ayu nigiri and the usual uni with suji aonori were delicious as well. The menu for additional nigiri was extensive, and I wanted to try more, but due to space constraints, I only added one piece (budou ebi).I also took home some inari as a souvenir.I would love to visit again. It was a great meal.
