I visited this restaurant on a day trip from Tokyo during the weekday lunch hours (from 11:30). I arrived at Kanazawa Station at 11:07 via Shinkansen and took a taxi for about 10 minutes.**During my visit** Goemiyo 4 Tock (17 points) Ranked No. 1 in all categories on Tabelog nationwide (4.68)**What I had** ■ Omakase Course from JPY 47,553 (tax included) I had two cups of cold green tea, bringing the total to JPY 51,100.Every dish was meticulously prepared and absolutely wonderful. The fish from Himi Port was excellent, especially the nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), which was incredibly tender and delicious.Among the highlights were the nodoguro, water drop okra, tempura of lotus root and fresh ginkgo, the broth in general, and the tachiuo (beltfish) donburi, among others.The warm atmosphere, along with the excellent teamwork between the head chef, the proprietress, and the apprentices, ensured that the timing of the dish presentations was impeccable, with no delays at all.The happy moments passed by in the blink of an eye.It was a great meal.
