I was taken here to celebrate my birthday.While searching for a place to enjoy Yakiniku, I discovered this amazing restaurant.Not only can you enjoy Chateaubriand, but they also offer it in various delicious ways, and they have won multiple awards on Tabelog.SATO BRIAN has several specialties on the menu, and I decided to go all out and reserve the 2026 Jojo Course!The course included a rice bowl topped with Chateaubriand, a crispy Chateaubriand sandwich made with fluffy bread, curry that I always order when I see it on the menu at a Yakiniku restaurant, and beef stew.I had never experienced such a full course of meat before.I was continually amazed by each dish that came out, but the impact of the rice bowl was absolutely incredible!!I feel so lucky to have enjoyed Chateaubriand in such an extraordinary way for the first time.This place is a must-visit for anyone who wants to indulge in Chateaubriand rather than just Yakiniku!
