This was my second visit, and this time I came for dinner. I remembered being impressed by the beautiful presentation of each dish during my last visit, despite the lack of seafood. Once again, the carefully prepared dishes were delicious, but I felt that almost all of them were vegetable-based, which left me wanting a bit more in terms of traditional French cuisine. The broths and sauces were rich and exquisite, so I believe that incorporating a bit more seafood or meat would enhance the overall satisfaction. While I appreciated the pairing with Nagano wine, it didn't quite feel perfect in terms of harmony with the dishes. Overall, I was quite satisfied, but when compared to restaurants in Tokyo, it felt slightly lacking.
