A renowned restaurant that lives up to its reputation for being hard to book. The tempura is expertly cooked for each ingredient, and I was particularly impressed by how they brought out the sweetness of the vegetables and the umami of the seafood. The light batter leaves a deep and lasting impression, and even the hand-made soba that concludes the meal is flawless. It's rare to find a place that has perfected the experience of "enjoying tempura and finishing with soba" to this extent. I look forward to returning in a different season.
