Nearest Station: 4-minute walk from Ginza Ichome Station Closed: Wednesdays A delightful experience every two months! This is my 18th visit. The classic dishes like Gâteau and sea urchin consomme soup, as well as the curry, remain delicious as always, but I also love discovering new dishes each time. This time’s new creations include: - Lobster Flan → A chawanmushi (savory egg custard) made with lobster. This is absolutely delicious! - Gratin with Rock Oysters and Sea Urchin → An incredibly luxurious combination. The rock oysters are fresh and not overly salty, making them delightful. - Eel Risotto → A risotto I always look forward to. This time it features eel! (^O^) - Fresh Cake with Miyazaki Mango → The cream is fluffy, but the sweetness comes solely from the mango. It’s delicious without being overly sweet. The son of Chef Ooishi, who debuted in April, is quite fresh and charming. I will continue to support the success of this father-son duo! ~ The owner, Chef Ooishi, welcomes and sees off every customer with full effort. It’s truly impressive that this renowned restaurant, with a Tabelog rating over 4.4, has maintained its quality over the years. Always full of energy, always striving to bring joy and deliciousness to everyone.~
