This is a truly wonderful restaurant located in a quiet residential area. The parking lot is very spacious, so you won't have any trouble finding a spot. It seems that the current restaurant was renovated from a teppan-yaki place that the owner chef's father ran for over 20 years.The open kitchen creates a vibrant atmosphere. Although it is categorized as French cuisine online, it is an innovative restaurant that transcends genres. Every dish is unique and original, leaving you pleasantly surprised by the flavors. They also focus on local ingredients, using many products from Aichi Prefecture, which is a great point. I was impressed that the owner chef and his apprentice handle both cooking and service. The explanations of the dishes were perfect! The pairing of drinks was well thought out and flawless as well. If you visit, I highly recommend trying the pairings!
