Situated on the 37th floor of the Mandarin Oriental, it offers breathtaking views of the city. While the ingredients may not be brand new, the dishes are infused with medicinal herbs, showcasing the chef's skill through their umami, texture, and presentation. The service is also quite refined.Afterward, I unexpectedly stumbled upon a Dassai sake event at Mitsukoshi, where I even got to take a photo with the president of Dassai. What a lucky day!
