A SILVER beef restaurant within walking distance from Yurakucho Station. I made a reservation through TableCheck. The Tajima and Matsusaka beef were exceptional, especially the Tajima, which had a level of tenderness and depth of flavor that was on another level. This course truly showcases the greatness of purebred Tajima beef. If I could wish for anything more, it would be to experience the same level of excitement with the Japanese sake.
