Located within walking distance from Tokyo Station's Yaesu Exit, BRONZE Tempura is one of the top 100 tempura restaurants. I made a reservation through Ikkyu. The tempura has a consistent quality with excellent oil drainage. The standout item was the Kintoki carrot, which maintained its shape within the batter, highlighting the natural flavors of the ingredient. The only downside was that they didn't serve the sake bottles I wanted, so I stopped after one go.
