June marks the anniversary festival. The competition for seats at the counter was fiercer than usual, so we opted for a private room this time. The food was, of course, exceptional, but the quality of the Japanese sake served was truly remarkable. We started with a refreshing dish that evoked the early summer vibe. For the second dish, we paired crab with the chef's recommendation, Kuro Ryu, which complemented it perfectly.Next, we were served a unique dish called "Niku-sui" that I had never seen before.I was impressed by the exquisite cooking of the conger eel, and the accompanying plum paste made it easy to enjoy with sake. From here on, it was a parade of incredible sake. The wonderful dishes continued all the way to the final course of warabi mochi.June offered a fantastic course!
