Located just a short walk from Captain Tsubasa and Yotsugi Station, Unagi Uomasa offers premium domestic unagi and liver soup. We started with some crispy bone chips and liver as appetizers. The unagi was wonderfully soft near the belly, while the tail was perfectly grilled and fragrant, complemented by a non-sweet sauce that highlighted the natural flavors. It was truly delicious!
