I made a reservation through table check the day before.I visited at 10 AM.I ordered the Special Shiro Shoyu Ramen.The soup was amazing!You can really taste the rich flavor of the white soy sauce and the umami of the broth!The noodles were thin and straight, with a smooth texture that paired perfectly with the soup!The chashu and wontons were both outstanding!It was a luxurious bowl.I definitely want to try other menu items as well!
