I made a reservation at Unagi Uomasa.I filled out the menu in advance using the application form. I ordered unaju for the number of people and one shirayaki.First, I was served a crispy bone snack and liver.The accompanying salt was liver salt, which had a slight bitterness.It was my first time trying it, and it was deliciously crispy.Next, the shirayaki arrived.The fluffy meat was delightful!Finally, the unaju and liver soup were served.The tender meat paired with the firmer rice was delicious!I would love to come back if I can make another reservation!It was a great meal!
