This was my second visit to Bia. The private room for overseas guests was lively and bustling.Every dish on the menu was truly delicious, but when asked what stood out the most at the end, I immediately thought of the dish featuring tiger fish. It was a dish with fuki miso from Hachimantai. This combination made me realize once again that fuki miso is a unique Japanese spice.The shark fin was also delightful.I ordered two types of curry as an extra. Even for those who are not fond of spicy food, this curry is enjoyable without overwhelming the delicate flavors of the ingredients. The spices have a pleasant aroma but are not overpowering, resulting in a gentle taste.I would love to visit again when the menu changes.
