Each slice was large but quite thin. It’s the type that you quickly grill and eat, with a soft texture. The flavor was moderate, and it was balanced well with the seasoning and sauce.The salted outside skirt can only be ordered up to two servings. While the meat itself didn’t stand out in flavor, the seasoning was exquisite and delicious.The Jimons platter was a complete ordering mistake. It was a luxurious assortment of various cuts of branded beef, served in portions for each person, and it was incredibly filling. It included fatty cuts like Chateaubriand, strip loin, zabuton, and spencer roll, which felt quite heavy towards the end.The half yukhoe had a perfect combination of sweet sauce and egg yolk! It was so delicious that I couldn’t stop eating rice, and personally, I found this to be the best dish.The spicy beef soup was just the right amount for three people to share.
