I had very few gourmet excursions until now, but this time I experienced a truly valuable and memorable dining experience. This restaurant serves only one group per day and operates for a limited period of ten years. Surrounded by vast nature, you can enjoy your meal while taking in the beautiful scenery. It takes about 2 to 3 hours by car from the city, but I felt it was worth the trip. The dining experience lasts about five hours in total, with a short break of around 20 minutes. Although it’s a long course, you can enjoy it leisurely until the end. If the weather is good, you can even see Mount Fuji.We also requested a pairing this time. Normally, I often leave drinks unfinished, but here, including some rare sake, everything paired wonderfully with the dishes, allowing us to enjoy them all the way to the end. Given the richness of the experience, I think the price is very reasonable, even including the pairing. One dish that particularly surprised me was the one made with raw venison. It was my first time trying it raw, and I was a bit taken aback, but it was incredibly delicious and truly a memorable dish that you can only taste here.True to the concept of "vegetables as the main star," the other dishes also featured seasonal ingredients abundantly, allowing me to fully appreciate the natural flavors and sweetness of the vegetables in each plate. There were many dishes, and although I felt completely satisfied afterward, it was surprisingly light on the stomach, allowing me to enjoy a refined aftertaste until the end.The meal itself, along with the time spent getting there and the nature-surrounded space, made for a special experience at this restaurant. I’m already looking forward to next autumn. It was a great meal!
